Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated producer to develop top-level strategic business conferences. You will be responsible for programming and designing 3-4 highly profitable, large-scale conferences each year. Your primary responsibilities are:
- Conducting in-depth, massive research and analysis of key industries;
- Digesting primary and secondary sources of research information;

- Developing your own senior advisory network on each event ;

2. Conference Marketing Executive
Position Summary:
you would be responsible for liaising with the Conference Project Manager and Conference Producer to establish the aims of the conferences, working through the marketing brief ensuring that conferences are marketed appropriately, attract delegates and subscribers and achieve the maximum return on investment possible.
Key responsibilities will include:
- - Creating individual marketing plans for events, managing budgets ensuring targets are met and ROI maintained,

3. Conference Coordinator
Position Summary:
In charge of the overall conference operation, especially the hotel operation, the responsibilities include:
- - Plan logistical and administrative arrangements, both on services and equipment
- - Coordinate audio-visual equipment, meeting room, dining room, assist with light meeting preparation work (moving tables, chairs, boxes, etc)

5. Conference Sales Manager
Responsibility
-To manage the sales executives from lead generation, tele-sales to on-site delivery at the event
-To liaise closely with staff across the conference production marketing, and operations teams
-To sell sponsorship and exhibition packages ranging from US$ 5K-35K both by telephone
-To identify prospective clients by monitoring internal and external publications, websites, competitive exhibitions and conferences
-To manage the accounts of both new and existing clients across the world
-To exceed agreed monthly revenue targets for each event
-To attend various Conferences / Exhibitions both in China and overseas as necessary
-To hold regular weekly meeting for the project sales team to review and set the target for the next week sales revenue

Requirement
-Excellent Spoken English
-2-3 years' sales experience selling to decision makers

6. Conference Sales Executive
Position Summary
Conference sales executive is responsible for selling our high level summits and conferences over the telephone to decision makers. Research and identify, sell and negotiate with potential clients, delegates and service providers. Match client’s needs and requirements with our products and services before closing potential clients on our company packages. The role of a conference sales executive is to persuade the relevant management in the industry that they simply cannot afford to miss this event. You will need to be professional and persuasive above all, but any phone sales experience would be an advantage. The team you will be going into is highly successful, so you will need to be able to match the drive and ambition of the current team members. A competitive nature will be rewarded, but a good team focus is also vital. This particular role requires a fluent English speaker both written and oral, although another language can also be useful.
Responsibilities:

7. Conference Producer
Job Description:
- At least take 3-month project sales execution in the sales floor
- Study and analyse certain industry with great concentration
- Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyse the information
- Take responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project management, including business research, topic generation, market identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation
- Work closely with marketing department to implement market campaign
- Supervise designing of conference brochure and all the promotional documentation for event marketing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with energy/infrastructure/finance industry 2 years working experience.
- Good command of oral and written English, at least CET-6 is required
- The ability to assimilate complex information quickly-Strong analytical research skills
- Good verbal communication skills for telephone research

Basic Requirements:
